Los Angeles-based hotelier, Viceroy Hotel Group, has opened its 15th property.The Viceroy Los Cabos in Mexico is the latest addition to the hotel company’s Icon Collection and features a futuristic design from Mexico-based architect Miguel Angel Aragones. The property was originally launched as the Mar Adentro but has re-emerged after renovations and enhancements by the Viceroy group.The 194-room property is located in the heart of San Jose del Cabo on the coast of Baja California. The redesigned resort features a new beachfront pool and bar, a refreshed lobby and arrival experience, enhanced dining venues and a state-of-the-art fitness center curated by Los Angeles-based celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak.
