Phillips to lead Blue Waters, Resort & Spa in Antigua

Blue Waters, Resort & Spa in Antigua has announced the appointment of Kevin Phillips as its new general manager. Originally from Barbados and with extensive Caribbean experience, Phillips joins Blue Waters from Carlisle Bay Resort, also in Antigua, where he was resort manager. He brings a wealth of experience, particularly in food and beverage management, from previous luxury Caribbean resorts including Peter Island in the British Virgin Islands and Sandy Lane, Barbados. Phillips will oversee the operational side of the resort, working in conjunction with Gary Randall, managing director of Blue Waters. Commenting on his new appointment, Phillips said: “Over the duration of my career, I have been fortunate enough to work with some of the world’s finest brands and leading hotels.
