Trikala in Thessaly becomes first Greek city with 5G technology

Trikala has become the first city in Greece to offer 5G technology.Greece’s General Secretariat of Telecommunications and Post, the Trikala Municipality and e-trikala SA signed a deal to introduce the cutting-edge technology.The agreement foresees the gradual transformation of Trikala into a 5G-ready model city.This will be achieved with a study and the implementation of a pilot project for the free installation of a 5G pilot network.
