QR Code Link to This Post Time to clear out my helmet collection and free up some shelf space!This one is a Shark Evoline 3 Hakka, the same helmet used by the Police and CHP California Highway Patrol. The helmet can be used in full-face mode when you want protection, or you can flip the chin bar 180 degrees to the back and ride in open face mode when it gets hot out, for additional situational awareness, or so you can talk to that guy in the BMW you just pulled over for going 75 in a school zone. It also has a flip-down internal sun shield for when you need to go full Judge Dredd. Interestingly, it has a 5-star crash test rating in both closed AND open positions.I'm also including a GoPro mount since it's stuck on there real good, and I don't have any fishing line to remove it. It's on the right cheek in a position where it doesn't interfere with the motion of the chin bar, so you'll be good to motovlog or record your journeys.
