2014 CTX700 – Ultimate Commuter, Easy to Ride $3750

QR Code Link to This Post I'm selling my barely used Honda CTX 700 cruiser style motorcycle with under 2,000 miles. This is *not* the DCT Automatic version. It is a manual 6-speed. This bike was purchased straight out of the showroom and has had her first service. It's a beautiful motorcycle with a deep candy red finish and matte black engine - a head turner for sure.CTX stands for "Comfort, Technology, Xperience" and the bike delivers all three in spades. The LCD dash is visible and contains all the right information, the engine purrs lightly and has a nice roaring sound at higher revs, and the handling is superb. You can have all the fun of the 1100 cc style cruisers with more of the style and more usable power, with the torque starting right at the low end and ripping you out of the seat when you pull the throttle. Do *not* be fooled by '700 cc'; this bike has the powah. Also a plus, this motorcycle has the engine canted at sixty degrees and the gas tank way down low - it carries it's 500 pounds very low to the ground and maneuvering this motorcycle even at a crawling pace is a breeze. The forward mounted foot pegs are comfortable and the wide seat will allow you to eat up the miles without a problem. For a cruiser, it has very good ground clearance. You would have to ride her real rough to scrape the pegs, and you'd probably only get to the metal 'warning' pegs at that. Riding her through the twisties is a dream and you can take roundabouts at a nice pace (it's always a nice feeling not to hold up traffic in those). Never dropped, never abused, babied, and serviced - this motorcycle is a steal at $3750. It is priced to *sell*. The Goods: 1. Had its first service. 2. Great handling and ground clearance. 3. Readable dash. 4. Modern styling and pristine finish. 5. Comes with beautiful Mutazu matte black cases (not installed). 6. Comfortable 2-up. 7. Highway capable. The Bads: 1. I have to sell it because the wife says no more riding. I'll only sell to a good owner that will love this bike as much as I did. If you want to test drive it, full asking price in hand required - otherwise I can demonstrate it for you. If you wear a large, I have a helmet with a Sena Bluetooth communication device on it as well that I can throw in for an extra $450. I still have all the extra pieces with it. The helmet and communicator are both brand new - I bought them at about $250 a piece and barely used them. The price for this is right - no kicking tires please, serious offers only.Tags: cruiser honda cruiser ctx first motorcycle starter bike SV650 CBR600 F4I VFR 750 800 Rebel 300 Rebel 500 Suzuki Kawasaki Yamaha Triumph Street Triple Speed Triple Daytona Ninja 883 Ironhead Panhead Streetglide Ultraglide Electraglide
