U.S. EPA Further Delays Formaldehyde Standards

by John J. Kowalski, CHMMOn December 12, 2016, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published a final rule to implement the Formaldehyde Standards for Composite Wood Products Act. Then, on January 26, 2017, EPA announced a delay of the effective date of the final rule from February 10, 2017 until March 21, 2017.
